- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront and depends on the service selected. We offer DMV test car rentals with a DMV-compliant vehicle and licensed driver included. Discounts may be available for couples, friends, family, or group bookings. Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or DMV refusal outside of our control.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers send us their DMV location, test date, time, and service needed. We review the request, confirm availability, and verify the appointment. Once confirmed, we send a payment link and final instructions. On test day, we meet the customer at the DMV with a test-ready vehicle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience helping customers with DMV test-day rentals, check-in procedures, vehicle requirements, and common DMV issues. We focus on clear communication, reliable service, and helping customers feel prepared.
