- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge much compared to the other guys, but I'll do just as good a job if not better. I will run circles around the other guys for $40 per hour, lol. If someone quotes you $500 for a job it's likely I would charge $400 for that same job, give or take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer I will ask them questions about the task they need help with. I sometimes request images of the area to get a better idea of what will be needed and how long it might take. For bigger jobs or jobs that might take more than one day I will ask if I can come to the area to take a look at things before the job starts for a better idea of pricing and just about everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of house remodeling and construction experience, 8 years of landscaping and gardening experience, 5 years in reforestation, 2 years of restaurant experience cook, 4 years in customer service. ----------------------------------------
