- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't want there to be any surprises. I have a basic rate of 60-80 depending upon the service. This pricing is based on many years of experience, I work quickly and produce good results. I can be flexible with pricing depending upon the situation, and try to always be as fair as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, there would be a discussion of task details and pricing, along with items necessary to bring or purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an independent contractor since 2015. I have had lots of experience with every service I provide on Thumbtack. I am confident I can deliver the results my client is looking for.
