- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Attention: If your project is estimated to take no more than one hour, my flat rate fee is $100. I typically charge $75 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know what the customer wants done and in what time frame. I am able and willing to accommodate when needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in customer service and have experience and technical knowledge of both hardware and software.
