Stepan installed blinds in my apartment. The job was difficult as the solid metal bracket had to be cut/modified to fit in the existing location. Stepan was very attentive, travelled back to his shop to cut the brackets, and came back to install them. I am satisfied with his work and would use his services again if needed.
