He was friendly and quick! He was an hour later than planned, but he texted ahead of the original meeting time to confirm running late would be okay. One of the drawers on the dresser he assembled doesnโt slide in properly, but Iโm uncertain if itโs his workmanship or the quality of the dresser, so I donโt want to rate him down for that. I would hire him again!

I hired Thudium & Co to put together a wooden loft bed with ambiguous directions in a small space. Tony not only knew enough to determine where the instructions had been misprinted, but was able to work on a large and bulky project within a space that is about as large as some people's closets. Friendly and professional throughout. I would hire him again for any similar project without question.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't want there to be any surprises. I have a basic rate of 60-80 depending upon the service. This pricing is based on many years of experience, I work quickly and produce good results. I can be flexible with pricing depending upon the situation, and try to always be as fair as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, there would be a discussion of task details and pricing, along with items necessary to bring or purchase.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
