Our extensive experience offers complete home remodeling, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, successful ADU projects, home office and garage conversions.
We guide you through each crucial step of the special inspections and permit process. And we are also greatly experienced in seismic retrofitting and roofing. So from the foundation of the structure to its top, we handle the entire construction, remodeling, and renovation work and you are welcome to contact us to receive a project quote.

- Our minimum labor cost for all projects is $10,000.
- We do not work on projects involving homeowner's insurance claims.

Jonathan is a highly professional project manager. He patiently explained everything from scratch and quickly offered smart solutions. When I had an issue leveling my patio with the retaining wall, he immediately suggested using wall caps. He also explained the importance of involving an in-house engineer to ensure the project meets both safety standards and my budget. Thanks to him, I now have a temporary solution that lets me use my backyard while planning the full rebuild.

I highly recommend Edri Construction!! When I was looking to remodel my kitchen I appreciated being able to go to their in-house showroom instead of running around. The materials he sourced were high quality. The team was responsive and prompt. We decided to upgrade our electrical at the same time. There were many different tradesmen coming through. They did beautiful work and they were respectful of our living space and cleaned up after themselves. Avi was very clear he wanted me to LOVE my kitchen and he worked hard through the bumps to make it so. We still have to do a bathroom so we will use them again. You will not be sorry you chose Edri Construction!!

Me and my partner interviewed several contractors for our full Victorian remodel in San Francisco, and choosing Edri Construction was the best decision we made.This was a major project--full rewire (old knob-and-tube), 400-amp panel upgrade, new plumbing, foundation work, and seismic retrofit. We also built 5 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, all finished beautifully.The team was professional, kept everything clean, and communicated with us daily. We always felt confident throughout the process. Pricing was fair for the quality. We highly recommend Edri construction!!!
