- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my clients, I am always ready to discuss the price if required. Minimum payment - for 1 hour. Sometimes I may ask for payment for some materials - I warn you in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I ask in advance what problem needs to be solved and a convenient time for my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ever since I was a child, I worked with my hands alongside my uncle. I built a house, a sauna and minor repairs in the house with him. Now I am taking online training, and I also have a mentor in this profession.
