I have worked as an installer and repairman for years. I am careful, detail oriented, considerate and neat. Sorry for the delay in posting. We had a cart assembled for our Daughters room. After seeing the video of the cart, he called and scheduled an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time, assembled the cart and cleaned up after himself. We will be absolutely call him for other projects.

Chris showed up on time and was polite. The task was to assemble and install multiple custom closet kits. The closets are delivered un-assembled and need to be put together - drawers, towers, top shelves. He focused on the task and executed it well. At various points during the project, he stopped and we discussed different options, which he then executed. Afterwards, he cleaned up and presented a well defined bill. Solid, professional work and a positive, professional attitude.

I base my estimate on an hourly rate of $75/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am happy to provide a free estimate in person before I start work. I come up with a "not to exceed" price and even if the job takes longer I stick to my estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my 20's I apprenticed (and then worked full time for) an established East Bay custom cabinet shop. After that I worked for years in the maritime industry as an engineer and charter fleet manager which constantly required my skills with tools in woodworking, electrical wiring and plumbing.
