My pricing is transparent and based on the scope, complexity, and time required to complete each project. I provide a clear estimate before starting the work. Larger projects may receive customized pricing, and any changes or additional costs are discussed and approved in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by listening carefully to the customer’s needs and reviewing photos or visiting the property when necessary. Then, I explain the recommended work, discuss the scope, timeline, and estimated cost. Once approved, I schedule the project, maintain clear communication, protect the work area, and make sure the customer is satisfied with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience completing residential improvement and remodeling projects. I continually improve my knowledge of materials, installation techniques, safety practices, and construction methods to provide high-quality results.
