- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in a fair price for both parties and my estimates always justify the value of my service and the quality I deliver to customers. I think the discount is always welcome for those customers who have already made garlic with me, they liked the result and are looking for me again!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer to go personally to the client's house to make a free estimate I think it's very important for both sides firstly it gives the client the freedom to hire me or not without having to spend so much for me that I can have the real dimension of what needs to be done, after this first step I send the quote to the customer with the price and duration for the service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I was very young I always liked to solve and solve everyday problems, it always gave me pleasure to see the right things and in the right places and to assemble, disassemble, install, create and build - everyone always said that I had the aptitude so I studied and dedicated myself and today I am here doing what I like and getting paid for it.
