Lucas did a great job with my door! Our old door to our garage used to swing into the garage, hitting our car. He bought a new door and replaced the swing such that it swung int the house, replaced the molding to match the style we have in our older house, and painted it very nicely. he did a great job!

Lucas came out to our house to address a sticking door. He assessed the issue and gave us a couple of options. When he left door was opening and closing smoothly. He also installed new smart lock and door handle. All work smoothly. Would recommend if you are having issues with your door.

Hired Mattos to fix a few doors around the house that had been giving us trouble for a while. They fixed our sliding door, which never closed properly because of some tilting in that area of the house, and now it closes perfectly. They also fixed a couple of bedroom doors, including my daughter's, which hasn't closed right since we bought the place. On top of that, they fixed the attic door and replaced a hinge that had deformed over time, probably from heat and age.
Overall, they were professional, efficient, and the pricing was reasonable. Happy with the work and would recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in a fair price for both parties and my estimates always justify the value of my service and the quality I deliver to customers. I think the discount is always welcome for those customers who have already made garlic with me, they liked the result and are looking for me again!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer to go personally to the client's house to make a free estimate I think it's very important for both sides firstly it gives the client the freedom to hire me or not without having to spend so much for me that I can have the real dimension of what needs to be done, after this first step I send the quote to the customer with the price and duration for the service.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I was very young I always liked to solve and solve everyday problems, it always gave me pleasure to see the right things and in the right places and to assemble, disassemble, install, create and build - everyone always said that I had the aptitude so I studied and dedicated myself and today I am here doing what I like and getting paid for it.
