Vitali is that cute, kind, capable uncle everyone wishes they had. You know you're in good hands from the moment he arrives. I hired Vitali and his crew to widen the opening for my refrigerator so I could install a larger, wider fridge, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is incredible. You honestly can't tell that the wall was ever cut. After the painting and finishing, everything blends in perfectly—the wall is smooth, flush, and looks exactly like it was originally built that way. The attention to detail is outstanding.

Vladimir remodeled a shower for me and the results are a very good value for the cost. I had multiple quotes for the project and I saved some money for the scope of work compared to other bids I received. If I was paying a higher price I would have held him to a higher standard, however for the price I paid the process and results were both completely acceptable. I have a second bathroom that needs an easier shower remodel and I will hire Vladimir to do it when I'm ready. He is a very capable guy and also friendly.

I hired Eugene's team to complete some work on a house that I'm selling. Eugene provided a very reasonable price compared to the other vendors I reviewed. They work fast and completed every task professionally. They even found a color match for a paint color that we did not have to completed the touch up paint work. There is a reason Sunny State Repairs has a 5 star rating. They go above a beyond to make sure a project is successful, and they communicate with their customers. The price of 1 working hour of 1 specialist is 70$ or it can be a fixed price depending on the complexity and details of the work and extra expenses for the supplies and materials for work. The fixed priced is set after estimation done by the specialist. The road from specialist home (San - Francisco) and back to your place is paid separately by the customer We also have discount fees for our regular customers.
