- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of 1 working hour of 1 specialist is 70$ or it can be a fixed price depending on the complexity and details of the work and extra expenses for the supplies and materials for work. The fixed priced is set after estimation done by the specialist. The road from specialist home (San - Francisco) and back to your place is paid separately by the customer We also have discount fees for our regular customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we examine the task, the object, select the best suitable specialist for each specific work or repair and then together with a repairman/contractor we find the best solution for the order and do the estimation. After that we set and discuss the convenient date for the works to be done and all the process details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the specialist of Sunny State Repair have lots of years of experience. They always go to additional trainings as well. We can provide the photos of the works of each our specialist and information about his proficiency on request.
