- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are offered as structured coaching programs rather than single sessions, because lasting change happens through consistency and support over time. Pricing varies depending on the length and level of support selected. I offer a complimentary consultation so we can determine fit before any commitment. There are no hidden fees, and all pricing is discussed clearly up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your goals, challenges, and what support would be most helpful. From there, I create a personalized coaching plan based on your lifestyle, health history, and priorities. Coaching sessions are collaborative and focused on building sustainable habits, mindset shifts, and practical strategies you can actually maintain. Support may include regular sessions, check-ins, and tools to help you apply what we discuss in daily life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with training in behavior change, motivational interviewing, sustainable nutrition, and lifestyle medicine principles. I also have extensive experience working with weight management and metabolic health. In addition, I live with Type 1 diabetes, which brings lived experience and practical understanding to my work supporting others with diabetes.
