- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that healing your relationship with food is an investment in your long-term health and mental well-being. I offer a variety of coaching packages because the 'un-learning' of diet culture usually takes more than a single session. While I offer individual sessions, my multi-session bundles are the most cost-effective and provide the consistent support needed for a sustainable mindset shift. I am transparent about all fees upfront—there are never any hidden costs or required 'supplements' to buy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free 15-minute Discovery Call to ensure we are a good fit. Once we start, our first session is a 'Deep Dive' assessment where we explore your dieting history, current relationship with food, and body image goals. From there, we move through the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating at a pace that feels safe for you. Between sessions, I provide resources and 'homework' to help you practice honoring hunger and rejecting the diet mentality in real-world scenarios.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with specialized training in the Health At Every Size (HAES) framework. My background focuses on the psychology of eating and weight-neutral wellness. I stay current with the latest research in nutritional science and disordered eating recovery to ensure my clients receive evidence-based, compassionate care that prioritizes mental health as much as physical health.
