Introduction
I run a health and wellness coaching business for clients around the Bay Area. I'm based out of an office in San Francisco, but prefer to do my sessions virtually, because I can keep costs down, and I am more attentive to clients that way.
I leverage new iPhone technology to track client's health goals, help them with diet and exercise, and hold them accountable to their plan.
We check in over a video chat once per week, and I will be sending you daily updates and motivators.
