I loved their first deep cleaning - it was very thorough and well done. The subsequent monthly cleanings left a lot to be desired. Baseboards and dust were not wiped thoroughly and they used up all my paper towels (weird, right?). In addition, it was always a different team of two who came to my house. I give three stars because the first experience was amazing. The following 3 experiences were not.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. It's pretty much appreciated to improve our services. We keep the same cleaners when a client establish a regular schedule such as every two weeks. Tasks such baseboards cleaning and a through job are done when we're hired for a deep cleaning. On the first job we did those because it was a deep cleaning job. Later on we were hired for regular(standard) jobs.
