Aracely was wonderful! She was the first of many to get back to me about a last-minute move-out cleaning, and had availability the following day. She was calm and cool upon arrival when my house decided to go bananas (yay, technology!). I'd set up a code for her, but my entire internet went down minutes before she arrived. I was eventually able to unlock the door from my phone as she waited with her gear out on my sweet 28.6% grade hill! Many housekeepers see our fixer home with its seven different flooring types, subpar appliances, sad rusty clawfoot tub and extremely awkward layout and tend to do a quick pass of the place, but Aracely and crew took their time and were thorough. She even accommodated my request to call me at some point to adjust one of my surveillance cameras for a better view (I'm there part-time) that I'd forgotten to adjust before I left. Our fridge was grateful for a cleaning, and they were super careful with our windows... Originals to our 1885 house! Thank you, Aracely and crew!
