They were a little late due to some protests. Typical for Bay Area these days. We had two women arrive. Neither spoke English. but we were able to speak Portuguese with them through Google translate. They got right to work. They make cute little flowers with the toilet paper and fold the towels up in cute little bundles. Everything smells great! They didn’t miss a thing. Our oven was sooo clean! I don’t ever want to use it again. Would definitely hire them again.

The lady who showed up was super nice and wow did she do a good job. She cleaned windows that we had no intentions of messing with. It was a move out cleaning and when she got done, it was way better than how we received it originally.

They do clean very quickly and they arrive on time, but they’re not detailed and not professional. For example, they clean the floor but not the playmat, and they’ll put playmat & rugs on the wet floor directly. The after photos are attached here, I hope they can do better with the floor. They did some sorting and storage but not in the right place, e.g. they put knifes together with kids color palette. Also, They told me it was $200 for standard cleaning for 3 hours, while they spent 2 1/2 hours and told me they need to increase to $215 as they did a deep cleaning. I accepted because I was planning to give tips so I just waive the tip. Anyway they’re OK but somewhat perfunctory.

Firstly, don't say that we are not professionals because we are professionals and we pride ourselves on offering a quality service. the problem was that you in bad faith requested regular cleaning instead of deep cleaning. Your house had rubbish scattered everywhere. We did the service and we have photos and videos that we sent to you. We don't want people like you on our client list because in addition to not wanting to pay for the value and not valuing the service provided. You are capable of saying this. God bless you
