I hired Help HouseCleaning on a neighbor’s recommendation, without much expectation. My 1,300 sq ft home was in rough shape after a renovation, thick dust, paint splatters, and that stubborn grime that seems impossible to get rid of. I honestly didn’t believe it could all be done in a single visit.
It was.
The team arrived exactly on time, which, on its own, already set them apart. They brought all their own professional-grade supplies, without needing to use anything of mine.
Before starting, one of the cleaners did a quick walkthrough with me: confirmed each room, asked about delicate surfaces, noted where I wanted extra attention. No assumptions, no rushing.
The work itself was thorough. Baseboards scrubbed clean, bathroom grout white again, stovetop grease removed without a single scratch, windows spotless. Details I had already given up on. When I did my final walk-through, I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about, and I’m a picky person 😂😂
What impressed me most was the respect for the space. They left without a trace of their own presence: no cloth forgotten, no door left open, not one object out of place.

Definitely one of the best cleaners I've ever worked with - they are very detail-oriented, punctual, and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
They have convenient payment methods which tends to make them invaluable for hyper busy professionals.
I've used them for regular cleans, deep cleans, and also renovation cleans. Very much happy across all three types of cleaning.

The team did a great job doing our move out cleaning, the house was spotless and ready to turn over to the owners. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very flexible with prices, I try to be fair. The house apparently has a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms, but it has a small square ft, so it is worth negotiating the initial value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer's need must be respected. The first contact I try to understand this.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal organize course and this helps me a lot in organizing the house (when I am allowed and I have the possibility). It's not my demand mainly but I believe it gives a special touch to the work.
