- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on bedrooms and bathrooms. I don't put a complete time on a job because I am about customer satisfaction and I do a walk through to explain what is included in the pricing and a walk through when job is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always let them know what is all included in a clean. I try to make them feel comfortable with accepting strangers in there home
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had always worked in the cleaning industry. I started off with cleaning rooms for hotels back in 2000 until 2005. In 2012 I started working for a on demand cleaning/tech company Exec. I was on of there too cleaner and a lead. I worked there until they sold the company and then I decided to start my own company Lots of Love. I enjoy what I do and it shows in my work.
