- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on the size and condition of your home as well as the type of cleaning you need, such as standard, deep, or move-out. We also offer discounted rates for weekly and biweekly recurring services. We also offer referral discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to begin with an in-person consultation, where one of our dedicated team members will visit your home to complete a walkthrough. During this visit, we'll discuss your cleaning needs, priorities, and expectations so we can tailor our services to your home. If an in-person consultation isn't possible, we're happy to schedule a video walkthrough instead. Our goal is to understand what matters most to you and deliver a cleaning experience that exceeds your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You can't beat hands-on experience, a sprinkle of education, and a passion for helping others. Vania has completed several courses in cleaning business techniques and entrepreneurship.
