Kristy has been helping me for a few years. She is an extra set of hands when I need help. From folding laundry, to vacuuming, changing the bedsheets, unloading the dishwasher, helping me clean out my storage unit - no matter what the task, she is happy and willing to help. I appreciate everything that she does for me. She is on time, always responsive via text and flexible. She also accommodates last minute requests when necessary. When I am feeling overwhelmed and need last minute help, she is always willing to come helps with tasks and chores around the house. She even helps me with folding clothes and putting back into drawers when they get super messy and disorganized over time. Kristy always maintains a positive and willing attitude!

I wouldn’t give even one star for this lady who showed up for cleaning service. She said she would bring supplies and vaccum cleaner, shower up with backpack and said she came in taxi. Didn’t bring any supplies, rags or sponges and has no knowledge on cleaning supplies or knows how to clean. I don’t think she has any experience or any clue on what she is doing. I provided all the supplies, rags, sponges everything needed. She spent 45 min in bathroom and I have seen absolutely no change or no cleaning done. She asked for coffee, which she finished but no work was done. She just wasted my time, energy and lost $25 for no reason. Save your time and look for someone professional. I am really disappointed with the service.
