My husband and I started working as housecleaning for another companies, so after an year we decided to start our own business, in 2010. Since then we were studying about the products and improving our knowledge to meet all needs. We grew the business and today we are a team of 6 cleaners.

Star Cleaning team does a fantastic job. Nothing feels better than walking into a clean home. I was imoressed with the attention to detail and the fact they even cleaned our hardwood floors under the beds which was beyond my expectations. For someone like myself who is picky when it comes to hiring someone to do something as personal as cleaning my home - I have a hard time finding good companies who do as good or better than I clean. I am beyond satisfied with the job well done and will be continuing with Star Cleaning using their bi-weekly Cleaning service.

After having the same cleaning team for my parents' and my houses for the past 11 years, I was completely lost when our cleaning team abruptly ended service due to COVID concerns.
I reached out to Star Cleaning Services and Elisama responded immediately. She worked with me to coordinate a much needed deep clean for our initial cleaning. My concerns in order of priority were:
Safety: We have 2 small unvaccinated children and she assured me that her team is fully vaccinated, wears masks and gloves and essentially does all they can to keep their clients and themselves safe.
Trust: This is usually built overtime, but I felt comfortable with Elisama from our first exchange and her company’s reviews definitely helped. I left my house unlocked for her team while my husband stayed in his office the entire time. Our home and belongings were found exactly as we left them, but cleaner and more orderly.
Cleanliness: This was our first clean with Star Cleaning Services, after over a month since its previous professional cleaning. Elisama’s team did a wonderful job. In addition to standard stuff, they also cleaned our oven, behind furniture, windows, windowsills and tracks, removed items from shelves and wiped them down…we were so happy with Star Cleaning Services, we’ve already scheduled them to deep clean my parents’ house with the plan to have them continue regular service thereafter.

I hired Star Cleaning to do a move in clean, I had expected they'd be able to clean my entire house and some of the outdoor areas, but unfortunately my contractor wasn't finished yet. They worked around him and got everything they could spotless. I would hire them again.

Star Cleaning Services were fabulous! Melissa and Rosa were on time, very thorough and professional, and done with our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in two hours. Including a deep cleaning of our stove and oven! Amazing work! And totally worth it!

Our prices are not charged by hour. It depends how dirty and what kind of job the client want to do in your house.

We start discussing what the client is expecting for the cleaning and where he/she wants to focus. What is more important to him/her. I like to be clear with everything!

Our best training I could ever get is our experience over 10 years.
