I would give a 0 review if available. The bad experience started with the missed appointment. I tried to confirm the time 1 week before and also confirmed the same day before the scheduled time, but they went to another place and delayed my cleaning for at least 4 hours, and only 1 person showed up for cleaning. Because I had to fly out, so had no choice but have to let her clean, and she even charged more than other people will do. The worst part was, after all these, she didn’t clean well, after the new tenants moved in. They complained about the cleaning and we had to pay additional to find someone else to redo the cleaning for multiple locations! The cleaning lady told me some places cannot be cleaned, but she lied, our new tenants tried and can clean out. I tried to contact them, no response neither! I have hired other cleaning companies, this is the worst ever!
