Winnie is very responsive and was very flexible and accommodating with my schedule and unforeseen last minute schedule conflicts. She kindly brought pet safe cleaning products (which doesn’t smell as good as other cleaning products, but that’s okay as long as my kitty is safe) at my request and didn’t mind my kitty being curious around her working. The apartment was really clean after she left. Most of my things were left in place though, so don’t expect a lot of tidying of things/making the bed etc! Super great value for the service. Will continue to do a biweekly cleaning with her :)
