We hired Hermogeno Design to completely remodel our condo in 2013, and although we have enjoyed living there since, the remodeling experience has been quite testing and challenging, and ended up being completely over budget, and with the money we ended up paying, we believe our condo should have looked a lot better . HD was supposedly managing the contractor, but the contractor ended up doing whatever was best for him and not for us, and the quality of some work is questionable. Was HD afraid to talk to his contractor and do what was best for its client? Or did HD had absolutely no idea of what he was doing?
