- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our design fees are usually flat fees and depend on each particular project specifics: overall area, number of rooms, chosen style, urgency of the project, etc. Our installation management fees may be flat fees or can be based on a certain percentage of the project budget - depending on the approved design concept, amount and complexity of work under our supervision (blueprints development, procurement, approvals and permits, construction supervision, logistics), project location, etc. That said, even though our fees do not depend on your budget, usually on average our fees (both design and project management combined) are somewhere around 10-15% of the budget, which is usually less than we can save you through our trade discounts and special pricing with our trusted contractors and vendors. Therefore, we basically cost you nothing or even less!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a full service design company normally managing interior and architectural projects (residential, hospitality and commercial) from start to finish. Our goal is to provide our clients with outstanding Interior and Architectural Design services along with Project Installation management through a unique approach and unparalleled work quality. Our mission is to create life changing Dream Homes and Businesses. Working with us is a simple step by step process, which can be broken down on two major steps - Design & Installation phases. The core of our approach is that all our design ideas are presented through exceptionally realistic images, delivering you the exact look of your future home, before you commit to investing. The installation phase then strictly abides to the paradigm of 'What I See Is What I Get', where the construction and furnishing process fully replicates the approved design. All together it gives you tremendous control and eliminates the risk of having an unsatisfactory end product. And this is something nobody, but us can offer! Otherwise, it is basically gambling or playing blindfold chess :) Working with us is convenient, relaxing, transparent and pleasant. We can manage the entire project from design creation (exterior / interior), to approval, budgeting and execution, and I am confident nobody can do it better. Hiring us is, to quote one of our clients, “the best single investment you can make throughout the process of renovation” and we will ensure the entire project develops in the best / most efficient way, where every step is executed with other steps in mind, where everything (beauty, budget, timing) is fully and constantly factored in. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our usual first step is scheduling an introductory consultation, during which we will share our work process and project budget examples, discuss the project and our collaboration, and we will be happy to address any additional questions. It will also allow us to assess the project better, share professional advice and provide a formal proposal as to the next steps. Years of experience and hundreds of accomplished projects allowed us to accumulate unique knowledge and extremely helpful information, and I am confident nobody will share anything like this with you. It will help you avoid painful mistakes and hopefully will lead us to a great and mutually beneficial collaboration.
