- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, i usually give a flat rate. Makes it easier on everyone. But when its hard to determine what the job consists of is when i might charge hourly. Either way, my pricing is VERY competitive! If you can show me what my competition quoted you, and i want the job, i will beat their price for you
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well i really like person to person. So a quick phone call is preferable. But i know and understand that people are different and to me, customer service is number one! So what the customer preffers , is how i go about starting with a new customer. Because i have no problem with getting the job done, so however my customer preffers, i preffer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years of experience. When im not managing this company , I subcontract my skills for another moving company. I have an associates in business and in science and math. And have knowledge in plumbing and H.V.A.C. im currently working on my L.L.C. for this company.
