- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Coaching is fee-for-service and usually recommended weekly. I also offer mindfulness + dating-based groups at a lower hourly cost to clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide an initial intake assessment, which I go over extensively in the first few sessions. Together we define strength and challenge areas and create a plan to support strengths and address challenges. I have a similar process for couples and pre-marital counseling. We do an initial intake that takes 1-2 sessions, and then go over assessment results over the course of 6 sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in matchmaking and dating coaching with other professionals for over 4 years, and also have been practicing as a therapist for over 8 years. I regularly attend workshops, consultation groups, and professional development events.
