Tina at Five Emerald is a magician and wizard! She orchestrated sedans and SUVs for the 4 families coming into and leaving from SF for our 50th anniversary party. All drivers were on time and courteous. Paperwork was very well done, and changes were incorporated as needed. There was only 1 oooops we requested a Lincoln for our trip home wrong move the Lincoln has very poor suspension and was a very bumpy ride. (The driver got flustered and made things worse, having to slam on brakes approaching a coned-off section of road.) But for the 1 leg of the complex itineraries, we highly recommend 5 Emerald Limousine!

The best car service I have ever experienced. I hire car services frequently for my boss, and this is by far the best. They are available in many US cities. If my boss is traveling to a city they service in, they are my first choice and always available. I frequently have to change the hourly schedule and pickup time/locations for my boss because of the nature of his job, and they are always quick to respond and accommodate. I recommend them highly!
