This service was unreal!!! The best!!!Picked me up from the airport, picked my son up in San Francisco, went to Pottery Barn in Palo Alto, and then dropped us off at Stanford for us to move home in for his freshman year!! Michael was so pleasant, and so helpful. Thank you!!!! I will be reaching out every time I return to the Bay Area for your services

We had an excellent experience with this limousineservice! They were professional, punctual, and made our cruise transfer completely stress-free. The scheduled pickup times were right on time, making it easy to get from our home to the cruise terminal and, just as smoothly, from the terminal back home after our cruise. One detail I especially appreciated was how easy it was to find our driver. Among the sea of black vehicles at the cruise terminal, our driver was easy to spot because my name was clearly displayed in the windshield. The entire experience was smooth, reliable, and convenient from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this limousineservice for anyone looking for professional and dependable transportation.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is custom. The price depends on the vehicle, the number of hours, the date (Saturdays and wedding and prom season are busiest) and the distance for airport or point-to-point rides. A 20% gratuity is added and shown on your bill, so there are no surprise charges at the end. Airport pickups include 40 minutes of free waiting from your flight's actual arrival time. Other pickups include 15 minutes. Extra stops are added to the fare, and we list them in your quote. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us your date, pickup time, addresses and group size. 2) We send a clear quote, usually within 15 to 30 minutes. 3) You confirm and pay through a secure online link. 4) On the day, your chauffeur arrives on time. For SFO, OAK and SJC pickups, share your flight number. Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal, helps with your luggage, and the pickup follows your actual arrival time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been driving people around the Bay Area since 2013, and that experience is our best training. Our chauffeurs know the airports, the traffic patterns and the fastest routes at every hour. They're trained to be on time, drive safely, keep the vehicle spotless and treat every passenger like a VIP: opening doors, handling luggage and staying discreet.
