Sean and Su were very efficient and careful while moving our apartment. The truck was very spacious. The movers were punctual on time and took special care of furniture and fragile boxes. The thoughtfulness of the movers helped loading and unloading very quick. They have taken all precautions to not cause damage to the floors/walls while moving heavy objects. They were also very responsive to our requests for organizing the stuff in our new place. Overall a very positive experience and very competitive prices. Donna was also very prompt and responsive while scheduling the move.

I could not have been happier with my experience with iMoving. Being that I work in entertainment, I have had to move so much in my lifetime. Therefore, I dread the process, and have the utmost respect for movers. My previous property decided to raise my rent significantly that merited a move against my choice. This time around, proved even more stressful as I had just began a new job and finances were tight. I found this company to be the most cost-efficient for such a short move (across the street), and had a multitude of heavy items (books for the most part) AND a piano...going up...THREE flights of stairs! My team arrived on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. GREAT attention to detail! They were quick to draw my attention to damages in the furniture (that were already there as my pieces are old) so as to make sure not to hold them liable. I was still in the midst of packing, and every time I turned my back, a stack of boxes or a piece of furniture would already be gone and on the truck! My new place had carpet, and the movers removed their shoes without me even asking! I didn't even think about it. When I saw that the timer was running low on the amount of cash I had on hand, and a particularly large bookshelf was unable to make it up the stairs, they were gracious to take the bookshelf apart, and move the pieces up for me to put together myself in order to save time and money. I was able to split the bill between what I had in cash, and Venmo the rest. Everything arrived intact!! I could not have been happier with what was already a stressful experience....both for me, and an anxious puppy who barked and cried the entire time!!! Thanks so much iMoving!

These guys are amazing. Moving is a lot of pain but they made it so much better. The guys who came to help me move from Mountain View to SF were truly professional and hardworking. They were punctual, handled our furniture with care and didn't complain although they had to move heavy furniture up and down the stairs. I have moved a lot over the last 2 decades and these guys have been my best experience so far. Keep up the good work and I know who to contact on my next move.

We charge on a flat hourly rate: $119 for two movers with an three hour minimum, add $40 for each additional mover.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer usually send us a brief information on their move, including zip codes of both locations, how many bedrooms, and usually send us pictures of any heavy items. We will contact our customer with more information on the move and give free estimates
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family owned and operated moving company, aiming in designing the most calm and stress-free moving experience for all our clients. The founder of iMoving, Sean, started his first job in the US as a mover 12 years ago. As he accumulated practical skills from real working experience, he decided to take a step further—starting a business of his own. Embracing all of Sean’s devotion and dream, iMoving was established in 2014.
