Felix has been phenomenal in helping me to pack and move my furnitures & belongings from Alameda to Fairfield storage as I sold my home and will be looking for a new home. He also offered to help me dump or recycle all my items to be discarded and made my move relatively painless. He told me to just mark the items to be moved with blue tape, and items to be discarded with red tape. Felix and his co-worker were very efficient & professional in this move and took care of everything from the beginning to end. The costs was reasonable with high professionalism! I will definitely hire Felix again to move my furnitures/belongings from the storage to my new home in a few months!

Felix did a great job for our move. It was a two-men team and they were professional in both packing up and subsequent unloading and unpacking of our stuffs. They were attentive to where and how we wanted the furniture to be placed in the new place. Last but not the least, they were punctual and arrived at our old home at the agreed upon time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally our rate is hourly with a minimum of hours and a one-time gas fee. We're also offering a Flat rate depending on the size and distance of the move. Our rates are very clear without any hidden fees. Offering discounts when you pay in cash, Card, or check, no discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We asked for all the details for a better quote such as: 1.- How many floors are each location? 2.- The size of the apartment or house. 3.- Are they looking for full packing or just Moving services? 4.-Normally we offer a Free estimate when is packing and moving or over a 2-bedroom apartment. 5.- We send a Moving Agreement after all the details and the estimate. 6.- Always be in touch with them for any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Felix worked for over 6 years for another 5-start moving company and he's been training his guys to leave a wonderful experience to his customers.
