These guys are awesome. Just finished moving all my stuff from my SF apartment and loading it into a POD container in Oakland. They showed up right on time, and finished loading the truck in no time. They showed great care with all of my things, and brought extra supplies which they used to box up some of my smaller items and plastic wrap my mattress, without me having to ask or pay extra for packing service (though I did end up buying some of their boxes, just to make my unloading easier later).
When it came time to load my things into the POD container, it was a little smaller inside than expected, but they worked carefully to make everything fit and arranged them so nothing would shift when the POD is picked up and shipped across the country.
The guys were super nice, and I could tell my things were in good hands. If I ever move back to SF, I will definitely be looking them up again.

Great service. When they arrived (on time) all costs were outlined very thoroughly and matched everything in the quote - nothing was hidden or not mentioned before as a surprise. These guys hustle! They worked quickly, but keep my stuff safe and sound. Thanks, Nick!

Used Serenity service twice, always very neat, on time and polite. We moved out from SF and weren't expect they can offer same day visit. But they did and two hours later we were on the way to our new home! Should I say everything was super professional, guys were clean and I got price I expected. Thank you so much!
