Oleksii and his crew did a fantastic job moving some very heavy furniture down a narrow flight of stairs. They were on time (early even), responsive and brought all the tools and padding they needed to get the job done. I would definitely use them again.

After a few miscommunications, Smart People Moving was phenomenal! Hiccups: - My confirmation listed a 1 hour window, while the company saw a 2 hour window. I thought they were nearly 2 hours late, but they were only a few minutes later than the window they saw on their end. - The size of the job wasn't clear through the questions in the platform or follow up conversation. 1, 2, 3 bedroom, etc. apartments aren't standard with the amount of furniture and contents within each, and this caused the crew to call in more movers. Wins: - The crew felt our sense of urgency, and finished the HUGE job in under 6 hours despite originally estimating upwards of 10 - Minimal damage to our furniture items and narrow hallways, all of our fragile items are still fully in tact Overall, the crew had a great attitude throughout the afternoon and I'd love to work with this group again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would love to help you with the move and offer 2 movers and a truck just for $90/hr cash or $100/hr credit(additional mover costs +40$ to the hourly rate) +40$ one time Fuel Surcharge Fee. On weekends and at the beginning or end of the month rates may differ.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
