Walty responded almost immediately and came the next day! I hired him to take down my old TV out of its really thick tubular iron wall stand and replace it with a new one that was just delivered by Costco.com. Unbeknownst to me, the screws were stripped (from an over tightening by my last installer) and he kindly went out of his way to drive all the way to Home Depot and get the proper tool to loosen them! He, then installed the new one.Tempted by the possibility of exchanging the new 70" for the 75" Samsung Smart TV, I was promised over the phone by an agent from Costco.com that they'd perfectly coordinate the exchange. Long story LONG..The delivery dudes (admittedly not their job) tried to dismount the TV but discovered that this time some of the screws were still stripped and abandoned the effort. So, I texted Walty who offered to come back and help me when he had time. Thankfully, my son and I powered through two auto-cancelations by the Costco hired installers 10 minutes before the appointmen and took it down ourselves and back to the nearest warehouse. Anyway, he's a good guy.
