Felix and his team was professional, on time, friendly and overall good to work with. He was able to quote rates for 2 or 3 movers, and provided a certificate of insurance to show my building management. Felix helped me out of a jam when the furniture movers I had booked crashed their truck the day of the move and became unavailable. Within the hour Felix arrived with his partner and truck and the move was underway. The furniture arrived well wrapped/padded and they managed to get a very large heavy couch up a flight of stairs without injury to my walls, the furniture or themselves. Very impressive! Felix was in constant communication throughout the process and very professional. Next time I will definitely call him first. Thanks Felix!

At first i did not if it was a man job, but felix was able to carry a couch, bed, mattress easily by himself. He wrapped everything with a plastic tape. Although just a thing or two got dirty from moving but nothin that couldn't be easily wiped. He also dissembled the bed which is a plus! Overall great experience, price is reasonable, gave him 30$ tip for his hard work, will definitely use his services again.

Felix and Francesco were great: they arrived 10 minutes before our agreed move time and finished everything extremely fast, in less than 3 hours (we moved a small 1-br apartment from SF to Berkeley). Everything was very professional, including furniture wrapping etc. We are extremely happy with this choice of moving help and would choose them again anytime!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally our rate is hourly with a minimum of hours and a one-time gas fee. We're also offering a Flat rate depending on the size and distance of the move. Our rates are very clear without any hidden fees. Offering discounts when you pay in cash, Card, or check, no discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We asked for all the details for a better quote such as: 1.- How many floors are each location? 2.- The size of the apartment or house. 3.- Are they looking for full packing or just Moving services? 4.-Normally we offer a Free estimate when is packing and moving or over a 2-bedroom apartment. 5.- We send a Moving Agreement after all the details and the estimate. 6.- Always be in touch with them for any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Felix worked for over 6 years for another 5-start moving company and he's been training his guys to leave a wonderful experience to his customers.
