Remote Violin and Viola Lessons! As a private teacher and faculty member of several music schools around the Bay Area, I am currently working with over 20 students remotely ranging from ages 3.5 to 60+. Hoping to help many more students find comfort and focus in music during these very strange times. I love helping students to find their own voice while focusing on technique, relaxation, and effective practice techniques. Experienced teacher and performer—MM in viola from New England Conservatory, Artist Certificate in Chamber Music from San Francisco Conservatory, BM Boston Conservatory. I understand that many right now may face a financial strain and am happy to offer sliding scale to those in need.

As an adult student, I took lessons with Carly for awhile. After each lesson, I knew I was progressing and whatever obstacles I faced, she helped me overcome them with creative solutions I can apply with ease. Great motivator and a diligent teacher, Carly is to be recommended very highly.
