- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is different and every client needs different things! There is no one size fits all and Robin can adjust to fit your needs. If you need the entire project done from budgeting, venue selection, marketing, registration, vendor management, onsite managing, to post event follow up, Robin can handle all of it, or just a piece. Just let us know and we can find a solution that fits in your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have found the best process is to first meet (yes we love zoom too!) with our clients to understand their goals and dreams. Then we look at past events and experiences that help shape those and come up with a new plan of action!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Robin has a JD MBA from Berkeley and uses it every day in event planning from negotiating a better room rate with a hotel to planning a power point presentation for a speaker! Robin has been doing event planning for the past 20 years and it truly feeds her soul.
