Hi there! Thanks for visiting my profile. What makes my service stand out is that I provide personal attention and a memorable experience. I love to work with people to create just the perfect moment, event, or meal. I work with local vendors and purveyors as often as possible, to source just the right thing for your gathering. Whether it is produce from local farmers, prime cut meat from local butchers, or the perfect party favor from that tiny local store, I believe in keeping it local, when it makes sense to do so. I am happiest in the kitchen. I believe that food is the music of our souls, and I love to feed people. I am famous for my chicken pot pie and rosemary shortbread cookies, they are the two most requested items from my clients. I also love to plan and produce events. I am most invigorated by a challenge! I once helped a client create a "time machine" to go back in time because she had forgotten her boyfriend's birthday. Both the client, and her boyfriend, were so happy, he completely forgave her for forgetting! Recently, I produced a wedding at Stern Grove, I pulled off a gorgeous and sumptuous event, with catering, flowers, and rentals, on a very tight budget. As Sous Chef for Gather & Grub, I am often wearing two hats - Sous Chef and Event Planner. Those are the events I love best.
