My focus is to provide a fully-customizable organization and liquidation service for my clients. Having worked with single rooms and entire homes, no project is too big or small! I specialize in the sales, donations and junk removal of unwanted items. I also provide efficient solutions for home organization and moving related tasks. My goal is to save my clients $1000's in junk removal fees and maximize their profits as well. I take the time to thoughtfully sort, appraise and sell whatever may be valuable, and sustainably remove the rest. What sets me apart is the relationships I've built with donation organizations, appraisal resources, specialty buyers, resellers and junk removal services. My sales have included Mid Century furniture, jewelry, antique and contemporary art pieces, vintage cars, Himalayan artifacts, rare books, auto parts, vintage tools, stereo equipment, antique kitchenware and tech equipment. I used GG's services to liquidate a client's personal property, prior to selling his home. Annie did an excellent job sourcing charities for donations, arranging for consignment of more valuable pieces and even the direct sale of some items. She is adept at negotiating prices and was able complete the work in a timely manner. She has a caring and compassionate nature, communicates well, and is thoroughly professional. I will definitely use her again!

Five stars out of five. It was finally time for our neighbor to move from his three-bedroom, two-bath home into assisted living. Since he had no relatives in the country, his power of attorney retained Annie. She organized and inventoried all the contents; located important documents; surprisingly sold a vast majority of the belongings (including two cars and furniture since Goodwill no longer accepts furniture); prepared a detailed accounting for all transactions; and prepped the house to be placed on the market. Annie is a consummate professional – respectful, responsive, efficient, and cost-effective compared to expensive moving companies that swoop in for a day or two and haul most items to the junkyard.
