- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a consultation where I get to know my client and find about their lifestyle, needs and goals. After the initial meeting I prepare a plan, often backed up with sketches, mood boards and images. The next step is looking at my client's current wardrobe and finally shoppping with or for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a MA in Fashion from Academy of Art University in San Francisco and an Image Consultant certificate from one of the world's top fashion schools Istituto Marangoni, London.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a fashion editor which introduced me to editorial styling. I loved styling and wanted to gain more experience so I became a personal shopper for a luxury concierge service in London. The next step was becoming an image consultant and personal stylist. After coming to the Bay Area I started helping young professionals elevate their business style and often completely transform their wardrobe.
