Nothing is as fulfilling as seeing the growth I've helped foster in my clients! I take a holistic approach to my strength training business, focusing on the joy and love that can be found in our bodies and in nurturing our power. These past three years spent as a guide to those who wish to be stronger have been the most rewarding in my life.

Akira is truly a level above any other personal trainer I've ever encountered. They're one of the few people who are both exceptional at what they do and actually driven to make sure their clients meet their goals. Deadlifts were a source of fear for me when I started, due to back and knee injuries. Working with Akira, my max went from 95lbs to 340lbs in just over a year. While they already possess an impressive and intuitive understanding of the body, Akira will thoroughly research techniques and strategies to find perfect plans for each client, even when it's new territory for them. They always listened to me, carefully observed my form, and would consistently surprise me with insights that unlocked lifts and movements I thought I would never hit again. Not to mention basically healing a knee injury I thought I'd have for years! I cannot recommend Akira enough!!
