Very professional and knowedgable coach, who knows what she is.doing. Coach Ugochi is a fitness expert that I'd recommend to any person, at any age whoes commited to changing their health, fitness level and mindset permanently. My consultation was great experience! Coach listens to your needs and workout goals. She incorporated that in my consultation focusing on the areas i wanted to target and focus on. It last 1hr and after i left out feeling amazing, and interested in what more she has in store for me moving forward. :)
