Like many other trainers, I was hit hard by the pandemic. I lost my job as a personal trainer at a gym and lost my previous connections with my clients. During the lockdown, I decided to build my own gym and start my own personal training business! After months of careful planning, I am proud to say that it is fully equipped now! I have found that by having my own personal gym I can better provide 1 on 1 sessions, a cleaner environment, fully operational equipment, without distractions and without waiting for equipment to be available. There's also a reserved parking spot available. My areas of expertise include: personalized nutrition plans, bodybuilding, weight loss, toning up, build muscle, and gaining stamina. I have trained a wide range of individuals including: teenagers, elderly, clients with pre-existing injuries, athletes, and body builders. Pricing for each session (60min) is $80 $70 if 3 sessions or more per week.

I’ve been training with Mary for almost 3 years now and I’ve never felt more confident in my body due to her efficient training! Not only will she correct your form in order to target the specific muscle, Mary will also give you some tips to use the next time you’re working out by yourself either at the gym or at home. Mary will make sure that you see results and her training can be as intense as you want it. Mary has a holistic approach to her coaching and that includes nutrition as well. I’ve learned many things while working with Mary and have seen pleasant results in parts of my body that I have never thought of before. Mary has been very accommodating to me whenever I have a change in schedule and she has great communication skills. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who wants results and is able to put in the work to go to Mary because she will exceed beyond your expectations!

I’ve been working with Maria for close to two years now. I was nervous about starting with a personal trainer because I did not go to the gym regularly and I was not sure exactly what the training would look like, especially during the pandemic! Maria and I talked about what I was looking for-to be stronger and to tone my body-and she went over some ideas of the plan she would have for me. She made me feel comfortable and was really open and kind about my lack of experience. I started out with sessions a couple times a month and now I see her once a week-sometimes twice if I have time! Maria has helped me with meal planning, helped me set and break records for myself in lifting, and has really changed the way I view working out. She always gives me a plan for what to work on in between sessions which is so helpful for me! She’s never missed or forgotten a session; she’s very professional. I also feel really safe at her place. She’s always made sure everything is clean and I never worried about germs or smells-It’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to! It’s a private space so I’ve never felt self-conscious AND she has a guaranteed spot to park in. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood so I never worry about my car. 100% 5 out of 5 from me!

I have trained with Maria for 2.5 years and saw drastic changes with my lifts, health and body composition. She is very knowledgeable about injuries, strict yet patient, and passionate about her job. I truly believe she can help others like she has helped me. Highly recommended!

Coming off a shoulder injury, I had to find a way to start back up again. Working with her for over a year, I have seen a lot of progressions. With her guiding me, my shoulder is feeling stronger from the ground up. Recently I have been doing the quarantine workout challenge during the covid pandemic. Seeing mary as part of my workout routine during the week has made me be consistent as of now over 400 days straight working out. Well if you need a trainer and you don't want to go join a gym to do so, she is the trainer for you.

When I initially came to I was coming to get fit my my upcoming wedding. The problem was I had extreme lower back pain and could barely do a sit up. Maria very knowledgeable about exercises and stretches that focused on my core. With her patient and guidance I was able to move on to more intense circuit training. After 6 months I was completing exercises I never thought possible. Needless to say I was fit for my wedding and my back pain had disappeared. I highly recommend Maria for all your personal training needs.
