It was a good experience. I initially wanted to go through the whole program but unfortunately, I knew I was moving to NYC after I signed up for it. So I wasn’t able to continue with the workout program. From the first sessions I had, Rani was my trainer, it all went good, the training I had was excellent. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We start everyone on 12 weeks of personal training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We first have a short phone call to go over goals and logistics of training. We then book an hour in person assessment. This is also a strategy session where we put together the best possible outline for their success and give a couple different options in full package form.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a BS degree from middle Tennessee state U. With an emphasis in exercise science. I currently hold 11 nationally credited certificates 2 of which are in nutrition, with the other in different areas of personal training.
