I needed a personalized training program that fit my needs and my schedule, the discreet supervision by a real professional trainer and the flexibility of doing all this at my own time and at my own space. GAIN Fitness provides all of the above, and at a fraction of the cost of normal personal training.

I've been working with GAIN for a little over 2 months now. I have pretty bad arthritis and love that I get custom workouts (and encouragement via the app!) from my trainer—Maureen—that I know are safe and restorative. It's also highly affordable and convenient (I definitely don't have the money nor the time to meet with a trainer every week).

I am into my 4th month with GAIN Hybrid training, and I absolutely love it. It has very much changed the way I exercise/live/sleep. I have a very busy work schedule, therefore very limited time to workout. GAIN and my coach are able to give me the most effective workout, targeted at areas I need to focus on, and brought me the best results I can ever imagine (noticeable ab lines, stronger back are what I needed). I can see and feel the results and benefits on a daily basis, which is boosting my confidence in the program as well as in myself. The whole workout per session is only 40 minutes for me, and I do it three times a week, quite effortless as compared to other programs I tried before such as boot camp/bikram yoga...But again the results make me so so happy! I was thin to begin with, but I lost 5 lbs and have leaner and much much more structured muscle now!!! I will continue to use it to stay healthy and also I cannot thank enough of this awesome app and my great coach!
