Introduction: I've been a personal trainer for 17 years now and have a good idea of what it takes to get clients results. I started my career in Los Angles training athletes, actors and acting industry professionals at a private gym. I've been here in San Francisco for the last 11 years doing in home personal training and I will help you achieve your goals quickly, efficiently and safely through strength training. Client safety is paramount in my approach. I focus on injury prevention through flexibility and balance training improvements in overall agility. I am comfortable with all levels of fitness I've trained clients from in their nineties to children, professional athletes to professional couch potatoes and everything in between I can get you where you want to be.
I think what I enjoy most about what I do is improve quality of life. A perfect example, last year I had a client (in his late sixties) tell me after a ski trip how he was able to ski all day into early evening and wake up the next morning without soreness. Then have plenty in the tank for the day of skiing. When in previous years he'd ski and have to rest half way down a run. He'd make it till just afternoon then have to head for the lodge. As he tells me this his eyes begin to well because he is realizing that he's going to have many more years of skiing with his children. He credited me for this pricless gift, and the honor I feel for helping someone have achieve something priceless is extremely rewarding.
